Group Accommodations Rate *

As a group, we have reserved the historical bungalows at Kanuga for our retreat. These cottages offer a true Kanuga experience, and will provide a rich community setting amongst retreat participants. We highly encourage all participants to stay with the group in the cottages to maximize the retreat experience. The individual cost of the retreat to each participant includes two nights in the cottages with the group. This amount is based on the group rate for the entire stay. Should you choose not to use one or both of the nights in the cottages and/or make alternative accommodation arrangements (such as the Kanuga Inn), please note we will not be able to refund the accommodation fee included in the retreat fee as each participant's individual rate is based on their portion of the group fee.

I understand and agree that my individual retreat rate may not be changed or refunded should I choose alternative accommodations other than the included two nights stay in the group cottages.

Payments *

The total cost of the retreat is $660 per person. This fee is non-refundable. It will be broken up into 4 individual non-refundable payments of $165. We will send out a payment link on the 1st of July, August, September, and October. Payment is expected upon receiving the payment link.

I understand that by submitting this form, I am making a commitment to participate in the retreat and I agree to pay the non-refundable fee of $660 (in 4 individual non-refundable payments of $165, payable upon receipt of the payment links on July 1, 2024; August 1, 2024; September 1, 2024; and October 1, 2024).

Cancellations *

Because the individual cost of this retreat is based on the total amount of people attending, we cannot refund cancellations. We appreciate your understanding. If you are not yet sure if you can fully commit to these dates and rates, please wait to sign up until you are certain you can attend.

Confirmation E-mail *

Space is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee space will be available, and completing this form does not indicate confirmation of your space at the retreat. Upon receiving your application, we will e-mail you to confirm your spot. As long as we have still have space available, your spot will be secured. If space is no longer available for the current upcoming session, we will add you to our waiting list for the next retreat and keep you informed when it is announced. Of course, if we cannot provide you a space at the retreat, you will not be charged, and participation in any future retreats is optional.
